There are several free tools that will upload your photos to Flickr's popular online photo-sharing site. But if you use iPhoto to store your photos, and want more features than these free programs can offer, consider Tagtraum Industries' iP2F.

This iPhoto plug-in lives in iPhoto's Export menu. The well-designed interface lets you set titles, tags and image descriptions for photos, assign them to photo sets or to Flickr pools, and quickly scale an entire batch of images to speed the upload process. It automatically picks up any keywords or titles you've assigned in iPhoto.

It can also transfer some information in the other direction; it'll apply titles and descriptions (but not keywords) you add in iP2F to your iPhoto library, a nice feature for those of us who don't pay attention to such things until we're ready to share our photos with the rest of the world.
