Mac author and columnist Deb Shadovitz has announced a new event for Mac users in the Los Angeles area. Coming this Saturday, March 22, it's called MacDayLA, and it takes place at CBS Studio Center in Studio City, Calif.
The one-day event features software and hardware presentations from vendors; "Breakfast-time Table Topics," or moderated discussions; Tip Times presented by experts and other attendees; question and answer sessions; vendors selling products and demonstrating wares; discounts for attendees; "Lunch-time Table Topics; networking opportunities and more.
Admission is US$15 at the door ($12 PayPal cash or credit card paid online in advance). Members of Mac user groups can get in for $10. Classes cost an addition $99.
