The second MacDayLA takes place at CBS Studio Center in Studio City, Calif. on May 31, 2008. It's a one-day gathering of Macintosh enthusiasts looking for information and social networking opportunities.
The event runs from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and features hardware and software presentations, "breakfast and lunch table topics," question and answer sessions, "tip times" from experts, some vendor demonstrations, Mac-related news discussion, and two optional in-depth training classes (available for an additional fee) -- one helps you learn how to design a flyer or brochure using Adobe InDesign, the other offers details of FileMaker Pro.
Advance registration costs US$15, or $20 at the door. Optional sessions are priced at $65 each or $100 together.
