Overall Evaluation: I purchased three of these units from Circuit City. They are having a sale with an instant $10 off and a $10 mail in rebate giving a final price of $19.99. If your laptop did not have one, and it would be too complicated or expensive to install an OEM one, this is probably the best solution. It uses the Toshiba Bluetooth stack software that is common in most OEM units and therefore, the easiest to become most familiar with. I have installed it on both XP and Vista using the included CD (mini) without any problems. It even picked up my other computers half way on the other side of the house...great range. Given its side, if you are willing to part with one of your USB ports, just leave it in and it is as good as having one built in and really unobtrusive. A good find.

Overall Evaluation: I purchased one of these from Best Buy for my laptop. I LOVE that it's small enough that I don't have to remove it when I pack my laptop in its case. Vista recognized it without have to install any drivers, it connected perfectly with my cell. I loved it so much that I bought a similar one (different brand... Ambeon WBD-300 Micro Bluetooth USB Adapter... it was cheaper, 18.99 s&h ($23.99 total @ www.semsons.com) for my printer. Both work perfectly. I can print from the other room, about 20 ft away. I haven't tried to go any further than that. I highly recommend either!
