The process ordering went well. I am anxious to see if everything is as promoted.We got out radio and it is in perfect shape. We had no trouble getting it transferred onto our XM account.

While the company is quick to lure the customer into a sales transaction with ease of ordering and competitive pricing, the product item may not be in stock which is not communicated to the customer before OR AFTER the purchase. The Customer is lead to believe that a valid sales transaction has taken place and the shipment is forthcoming. Wrong! The company never informs the customer that no shipment is forthcoming. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE!

First time customer--- well wait for delivery to make any further comments.Order was recieved on 9/8 and was in "processing" for 6 days - 2 calls to company revealed a seemingly lack of connection in shipping. That might cause me to hesitate using service again.
