The item I received was not what I expected. I ordered the same video card I had at the time. Im not sure if they had a picture or not as I shopped at two places for this card. I wanted a video card with a DVI output just like the card I was replacing. All of the pictures I saw when shopping showed the card with a DVI output. The new one arrived without the DVI output. I was disappointed but since I had already broken the seal on the box I decided to keep the card even though it was not the one I thought I was ordering.

Product didnt come with unlock code. Currently on hold for 25 minutes. Finally got thru to them, they said call Garmin. Ive been fighting with Garmin for 2 weeks now.

My online purchase was barely completed when there was a knock on the door. It was a FedEx driver with my order. Im exaggerating, of course, but not by much!

The universal tv mount did not fit my television. I will call the merchant today to see what can be done about it. The mounting holes on my Mitsubishi tv are 6.5" apart. The tv mount does not go any smaller than 7.5". Nowhere did it say that the mounting holes on the tv had to be a minimum distance apart.

machine was held hostage by trucking co and they wanted us to pay a $75.00 lift gate fee to get our machine..I expressed my disgust to John at nerds.net and he stated that it was the trucking co not them..I had explained that I had already pd. my shipping charge and that I should not have to pay additional money if there was a shipping issue that should have been for seen prior to shipment..we ultimately went and picked up the machine ourselves so as far as I am concerned we should not have had to pay shipping.Basically in my opinion nerds should have pd. the additional amt and took the hit to keep a customer happy. This is our second order to them in the last month and I doubt after this there will be others. Thank you for listening. Debbyd@nedocutec.com
