When I first ordered my switch I was accidentally ordered a non POE switch identical to the one I wanted. I understand this, mistakes happen. I called the next day literally minutes before 5 on a friday and the person who took my call literally ran downstairs to slap a "Saturday Delivery" sticker on my switch so that it arrived on time. Anyone can say they have good customer service, but when it came down to it, they ended up leaving me happy. Despite a rather unfortunate bump in the road, everything arrived and worked perfectly, and all of it at a very reasonable price.

For 2008 you have picked up most of the lessons an online merchant should have learned. **MISSING** I\m filling in this survey at the completion of my order. I have been staying in US almost one year. I have bought fish oil, SD cards, digital camera via PriceGrabber. I think it is a reliable network. Their shippings were as quickly as their promise.Most of them paid after merchandises were shipped out. I am greatly content with it.
