    My money was collected from TriState 6 full days before my item shipped. It was not shipped until I questioned them about the issue, then miraculously it was being shipped that very day. I received it the next day.

    Easy, easy, easy. Thank you. Thats how I felt about ordering.Now that I am still waiting for my delivery (no notification that the product was out of stock; I had to call one week later when nothing showed up; to be told that it would be another 3 days. Well, the 3 days have passed and I still have no product.) Why did I pay for express shipping? They should have noted that the product was out of stock.

    List cost of shipping prior to check out. Would not let me edit type of shipping on edit. Had to back track to that page to change to ground once I saw expense for 3 day shipping

    I am very impressed you can deliver an article that is everywere else out of stock. I will certanly recomend your site to my network.
