    I ordered Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium which shipped out on a Monday. That Wednesday it was at my house with Priority Shipping. Very impressed with the speed of shipping as well as the fast communication via email. I emailed ZTech numurous times and got a response each time within 1-24 hours. The product was in great condition and Registered flawlessly with Adobe so this is Authentic software. ZTech is doing a great job at providing products at a reasonable price and top notch customer service. I would definitely order from them again in the future.

    I tryed calling to ask some questions about the product I was buying. It went right into message about represenatives were not in. And that happen no matter what button I pushed. This happen in the early afternoon, so I worried about placing an order with this company. I think a tracking number would be nice. So I could track my package.Thanks PJ
