There was a problem with the product description & the manufacture\s description...I called them to make sure that the manufacture\s description was the item that I was ordering...Nick (a Califirnia Computer Sales Rep) assured me that it was the same, and sent me an eMail verifying that I had talked to him in case there was a problem...By the time I loggged onto the website, created an account, and ordered the Item, the description had been updated with the correct information and Nick had eMailed me to let me know that the website had been corrected...Nick also thanked me for bringing the error to his/their attention...I am VERY satisfied with the experience, so far...

Having to use the "address book" to create a shipping and billing address was the only bump in the road as far as this order, IMO.

Was a little leery because they had the best price on a Toshiba Portege M700 by about $60. Everything went fine -- got laptop, new in sealed package, in one week (UPS ground across country). Id give them five stars, except that I didnt get any tracking info until after the laptop had already arrived.

I always use pricegrabber before I purchase any large item and this time was no different. However, it was the first time my order was not filled. California computer was listed at the lowest price. They even called me to confirm that it was not a fradulent order, but never mentioned that the camera was not in stock. Three days later I got a message on my phone saying that they were sorry but they did not have the camera and could not find one for the advertised price, and could not fill my order. While they were grey polite I cant figure out why they didnt have the camera if they were advertising it on your site. I returned to pricegrabber and reordered it from 42nd St. Photo. Lets hope I have better luck this time!
