Best price I found on this product, also free shipping and no VA tax. I had decided not to buy this scanner because of the price. Then I found Compare Master. ThanksThe product never arrived,my credit card was charged before the product was shipped and after 5 calls to customer service and no e-mail updates, I was told the product was on back order and they did not know when it would be available for shipment. Customer service was very bad and very uninformed about thier products. For $7.34 I ordered it from Newegg and the order is processing and has kept me up to date with e-mails. Cheap shipping and no VA state tax

The item arrived under schedule and in perfect condition. Excellent communication; kept me advised every step of the way- unusual and very refreshing! Comparemaster should offer a course in how to sell and service on the net. Obviously, they want me to do business with them again and I certainly will with great confidence.

I would have preferred to not have to give a password before being allowed to order, since I have so many passwords for different sites that I often forget them or loose track of them.
