It was one of the most conviniant shoping that I had.The Lack of marketing for the site is the problem that I did not know this site.Pricewise and the easy way to shop is a plus here.Clean interface need a little color.Nerds.net name can be changed to another name.I.e -> Geene.net (Gene E) Ha Ha whatever.Thanks for the business :)

I love pricegrabber. However, the filing cabinet that I ordered from nerds.net came to me TWICE with huge dents in it. I had to let them charge my card twice so that I could get a new one and it took 4 days to get them to pick up the damaged one. I finally got an un dented one and they were relatively good about getting them here very quickly. The last delivery guy who came was rude and did not even want to bring the cabinet into the room I needed it (it is very heavy and he had a cart) and he did not want to allow me to unwrap and check it before he left.

It took them 3 days to tell me one of my items was on back order. When they told me it was back ordered, I told them I wanted it refunded and canceled. They said sure, but about 2 weeks later the backordered item arrived and I was never refunded. Also, only half of the order shipped on time, the other was shipped separately and late.

I ordered a printer on August 19th. I waited on their toll free number over 30 minutes and NEVER got anything but a continuous advertisement. Tracking information has not been available since my order was made. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE NERDS!!
