These guys are great. They run a business with first class service and very competitive pricing. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I wish there were more stores like this. I will continue to shop here as long as they maintain their quality of service and selection.

orderd my tv online.then had to call to verify the order. this is where they told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive mhy tv. then they said for $80.00 they would get it to me in 7 to 9 days.they said they would throw in an hdmi cable with the order. told them i dont need it, so they offered to expedite the order for only an etra $60.00. will never deal with these people again

I called to make sure lcd television was in stock and they said \"yes.\" When I placed the order, I had to call to confirm. At that point they told me shipping would be 6 weeks and, of course, they tried to bully me into buying extras which would miraculously speed up the shipping process. Finally the guy got impatient with me and hung up on me. Nice customer service :(. I am willing to pay more for a better experience with a reputable dealer!!!

They have very competitive prices on a huge array of merchandise selections, an excellent website, friendly phone support and Ive always gotten what Ive ordered. Their shipping practices are outstanding. I especially enjoy the free shipping specials and tax free pricing.
