Outstanding service. Very fast with no hassle. They do offer an extended waranty when you call to confirm the order but I was not in need of an extended waranty. They did not pressure me at all and I certainly do not mind that they asked about an extended waranty. Very nice people. I will order again from them - you should too :).

Before I placed my order, I called DealCost with many bogus questions- just to get a feel for the customer service. Each time I called, the reps were polite and helpful. Two days later, I ordered my Denon receiver. Again, my rep was very friendly. Then I called back and changed my order to include a plasma TV. This was handled with no problems.After I received my confirmation #s via email, I called and told them I didnt receive them. Basically- I wanted to see if they would be rude or professional. Every time- they were polite and professional.My receiver came 10 days after I ordered, and my TV came exactly 2 weeks after I ordered. Not bad, since Im on the other side of the country. Altogether, I saved about $1500. DealCost also placed a follow up call to ensure everything was okay. I would certainly order from them again. Im not sure why people wouldnt.

They had good prices on first rate equipment. A salesperson followed up with a phone call because I made a mistake putting in my zip code. As a result, shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but DealCost did their part just fine.
