    I have been buying from Burgess Computer Decisions for several months now and this review is way overdue. The staff at BCD have provided stellar service for my computer support and repair business. Since i have discovered them, I have diverted all of my computer purchases from other merchants to BCD. Their unparalleled communication, remarkable prices, and expiditious deliveries make this company stand way out against other companies. BCD sets a great example; they operate the way that one wishes all businesses did! It is a true pleasure doing business with the people at BCD. Keep up the great work!!!

    Professionalism, xlnt email skills, super-fast shipping and delivery, and the best price on the Net made this deal with Burgess Computer Decisions (BCD) real, real sweet! I could not have asked for better service, and will be using BCD in the future for our company computing hardware needs. I ordered on 5/11/08, a Sunday, and had our Acer 22" LCD monitor in hand at 1:30PM on Tuesday 5/13/08 via UPS Ground Service, as BCD arranged a drop-shipment for our order. PERFECT SERVICE!

    I received a confirmation email almost immediately after my order was completed, and another email soon after letting me know the order would ship later that day. My monitor was in perfect working order and arrived very quickly. Definitely recommend.

    i had originally ordered a 22 in viewsonic lcd from ComputerHQ, but then its rep called me up and said at that price it was a refurbished unit. its ad on internet did not mention any such thing so i canceled that order. i then ordered one from Burgess Computer Decisions, and service was absolutely impressive. the order was placed on 2/19, and to my surprise, it was delivered on 2/21. shipping was free! Kurt Skaronea was very courteous. i would shop there again.

    Everything top notch! Decided to pick this company, not because it was the cheapest (close tho!), but it had the best ratings. It shipped fast and I got my merchandise sooner than I expected! Nothing but good words for this company!
