    When I linked to this site directly from PRICEGRABBER, the laptop battery was not compatible with the model that I was viewing in PRICEGRABBER so be sure to check your laptop model number carefully.

    Items did not work and spent a lot of time trying to make them work with instructions from a nice rep at the company. Interestingly, the non-Epson products changed the quality of the print in my printer now and even with the Epson products, there is now inconsistent and rather poor print quality now...

    there is a glitch in the account system such that, even when I log in to my old account, I have to re-enter all my shipping address and credit card information. This is extremely time-consuming and irritating
