I was completely misled by your customer service representative. I placed the order on 14 August. I received an email requesting a call which I made on 15 August. I had requested expedited service and I was told the computer would be shipped out that day. In fact, it was not shipped until 4 days later! The computer will now arrive a week late. My experience was awful, especially since this computer was for my son who is going to college. His computer will arrive a day after he departs! Whats the point of paying for expedited service when the customer service representative lies to you about when the computer will be shipped? When I phoned up about the experience, there was little empathy for my situation. All The Nerds wanted to do was to make a sale; they could care less about delivery.

wow you guys called at 6:00 am in the morning.. glad that I got it but alittle early in the morning. Chair looks great!! I really like it and would order from you again in the future

Experience has been good, although I have only received one of the 10 items that I ordered so far.Last of 10 items received 10 days after order placed.

I could not track my item via FedEx or UPS. The driver called my wife and wanted her to drive to Lowes parking lot to pick up the item rather than deliver to my home. What kind of service are you running?
