    Never received order confirmation (7 days). No replies to e-mail requests, can only talk to voice mail, phone calls never returned. Avoid ZoomTek.com

    Item arived DOA (Cisco UBR-904) Took over a week to get an RMA to send it back (on my nickel) They claimed they were going to refund me however never did still to this day. (6-25-2007) Im still trying to get my money back. I ended up paying $20.00 to ship a USED dead product to my house and $20.00 to ship it back and yet they refuse to refund me my $87.00 just for the product. One more thing... Cisco Tech support asked me for the SN# on the unit to assist me with the diagnosis The SN# on the unit was refurbished and not elgible for tech support since it was sold to the distributor AS IS! They claim it was new of course. I think I believe Cisco over a company that refuses to refund me Just for the product. Im not asking for shipping to be refunded. Trust your better judgement.. BUY RETAIL!!! LESS HEADACHES!

    I ordered Netgear EN104TP from Zootek after comparing prices on PriceGrabber.com. First, their actual shipping cost was roughly twice what appeared on PriceGrabber.com. After the product arrived, two more problems surfaced. 1) The warrranty card was missing, 2) The instructions were all in French. I would have returned the product to Zoomtek but didnt want to waste time (and money), especially if the product worked. Fortunately, it was relatively easy to install and use the product. Things such as missing warranty card and non-English manuals should be disclosed in the product description.

    This was my first experience using Zoomtek.com, and Im very pleased. Their website was professional, information was complete, the price was great, and my order was delivered in three working days. Five stars for Zoomtek.com!

    Called to check stock before placing the order. A helpful sales person told me the items were in stock. Placed the order via the website the same day with 2nd day shipping. No items arrived. Called to check on status and a very rude person told me their system was down. I pressured them further and they finally admitted the items were not in stock. Then they told me someone had called me to tell me that was the case. Baloney! Not only did they lie to me about having the items, but they lied about their computers being down and then about notifying me. Trifecta! And Zoomtek, dont put some BS here about selling what you had in stock before I placed the order. No one is going to believe you sold two used/refurb Compaq server power supplies in a matter of an hour.

    1. I waited over 30 days to receive this purchase.2. Did not receive any manual, box or dongle.3. Called phone support and they said "Thats the way we sell ethernet cards (no dongles)". I was shocked at the tone! I was told they would call me back, because "the dongle guy" isnt in. I never received a call back. Maybe I will in 30 more days.4.
